This Filming Locations Service Agreement (FLSA) is an agreement between Filming Locations and the Host, as well as between Filming Locations and the Filmmaker.

We, Us, FL, Platform, Filming Locations - as a Filming Locations
Filmmaker, You, User - as a video production company, photo studios, agency, freelancer, students, anyone who are shooting video or photography in the Location provided by Host.
Host, You, User - as property owner or property manager who lists their Location via this Platform.
FL does not acknowledge responsibility for the character, quality, utility and provisions of any space that hosts are providing.

I. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 SERVICES
a. Platform Services. There are two types of Filming Locations Users: 1) Filmmakers (users who use Host Services); 2) Hosts (users who offer Services to Filmmakers). Filming Locations connects them through the Filming Locations Platform. We leave the rights to change rules as well as features at any time. By accepting this FLSA You give us permission to share your pin with the users 24 hours before the Shoot, conduct payments, and provide assistance with Location pre-visit “Location Scout” to help Filmmakers with pre-production process.
b. Host Services. Hosts may use our Platform to offer area space a “Location” to a Filmmaker to use for specific time for filming or photography services a “Shoot”. The details of each Location such as description, booking price, rules etc will be provided by the Host in a “Listing”. Filming Locations does not owe, lease, or control the listed Locations, and therefore cannot accept a Booking. A Host is solely responsible for the information that he/she provided in the Listing.
1.2. USAGE OF SERVICES
a. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age in order to use the Platform and our Services. By using the Filming Locations Platform and our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Platform. You represent that you will comply with all export control laws in your local jurisdiction. We do not take any responsibility for accuracy of the user's identity however we might request identity verification.
b. Planning a Shoot. Our Platform allows Users to connect to third-parties to plan a Shoot. Users control the availability, quality, and terms of their Listings and Host Services. It is your responsibility to evaluate each Filmmaker or Host with whom you interact. For the proper evaluation Filming Locations encourages to book Location pre-visit “Location Scout”. Otherwise you would have a 24 hour window before the start time of the Shoot to communicate with each other via contact provided by Us. Filming Locations is not responsible for the content posted by our users, nor are we responsible for the quality of offered Locations.
c. Bookings. When users enter into Booking with one another such as a Filmmaker books Host Services and a Host confirms a Booking request, they enter into a contract directly with one another. Filming Locations does not become a party to the contract between users. Filming Locations is not acting as an agent for any user, except as Location Scout assistance specified in Section 3.2.d Location Scout Arrangements and 1.4.f. Payment Collection Agent Users are prohibited from conduct any contracts outside of the Platform and their Accounts may be terminated if they do so.
d. Communication With FilmingLocations. You agree that Platform will contact you by any way, through electronic messaging on Platform, email or by telephone calls or messages, including for marketing purposes.
e. Communications With Other Users. The Platform allows you to communicate with other users after the Booking is approved and payment received but not earlier than 24 hours before the Shoot or within Location Scout pre-visit. The communication should not disclose any personal contact information, or any unrelated to Booking messages, marketing material or spam.
For your own protection, Filming Locations discourages You to share or disclose any personal information, including location pin, home or business addresses outside the Platform. Filming Locations take no responsibilities if any of above has been violated and may suspend or terminate your Account.
f. Compliance with the law. Users must comply with all laws, statutes, bylaws, regulations, orders, regulatory policies, guidance for industry codes applicable in the UAE.
g. Disputes Between Users. Filming Locations does not take responsibilities for any damages or disputes, a Host and a Filmmaker are independent third-parties and are not affiliated, controlled by, or employed by Filming Locations. Hosts set their own prices, use their own facilities. To help Users, Filming Locations recommends Host to request security deposit from Filmmaker upon booking as well as provide public liability insurance.
1.3. YOUR ACCOUNT
a. Registration. You must create an “Account” to use our Platform and provide us with your personal information. You must have all necessary rights for representation and all permissions mentioned in this FLSA if you register on behalf of a legal entity. We are reserving the rights of suspending or terminating your Account if mentioned or above ignored, we may also report you to legal authorities.
b. Security. You must provide “Credentials” such as an email address and password.
You are responsible for keeping your Credentials confidential and not disclosing these to any other person. You are solely responsible for all liability arising from use of your Account by your Representatives or Agents or any other party to whom you allow access to and use of your Account. You may not assign or transfer your Account to another party without our prior written consent.
f. Account Updates. We may ask that you update your Account or provide additional or different information at any time. You are responsible for updating your required to update all Account information and keeping such information up to date. Account information includes contact information and payment information. We may also ask that you update your Account or provide additional or different information from time to time.
d. Account Termination.
(i) If you decide to terminate your Account you are responsible to finalize all the activities that are associated with your Account such as: providing the Location if it's previously booked, payment fees, fines or taxes. Termination of your Account does not release you from obligations to the government entities such as taxes, etc. The Platform reserves right to display or use public content such as reviews, comments, messages;
(ii) If your Account is terminated by Us for the violation of FLSA, fraud or violation UAE law you will have no ability to receive payments, complete bookings, and communicate with the users. Upon termination of this FLSA or any agreement between you and Filming Locations, the clauses of this FLSA that reasonably should survive termination will remain in effect.
1.4 PRICES, FEES AND TAXES.
Filming Locations connecting two parties and informing the Filmmaker for the charges but are not responsible for it. Platform has the right to collect charges for services from the Filmmaker.
a. Prices & Fees. Platform charges you Fees for use of the Services. Platform can charge you Additional Fees for services (overtimes fees, cancellation fees, location scout cancellation fees) - for more info visit Prices & Fees. By accepting this FLSA you authorize Filming Locations to receive payment, charges etc obtained through your use of the Platform. Platform reserves rights to revise charges for Services in case of damages, unpaid Fees, cancellation or any violation mentioned in FLSA, however you should be responsible for all charges under your Account.
We may bill any Additional Fees when notified that the agreed-upon time for use was exceeded and may charge any payment method tied to the Filmmaker’s Account. Service fees and Taxes will be shown prior to completing a Booking. Filming Locations has the right to change Service fees at any time.
b. Filming Locations Fees. Filming Locations fees consist of Service Fees and Location Scout Fees. Platform charges fees in exchange for using Platform services and providing Location Scout services. To find more please visit Prices & Fees. All applicable Filming Locations Fees and Taxes will be displayed to Filmmakers prior to completion of a Booking. Filming Locations may amend its fees at any time if any changes will be applied. The Host must notify the Filmmaker overstay within 72 hours and the Platform can decide if the additional fees are applicable. If the Filmmaker would like to extend the Booking they shall do so by using Contact Us or Whatsapp Chat Box on our website but no later than the end of the Shoot.
c. Host Fees. A Host charges a Filmmaker fees for the usage of Location for Shoot, which constitutes “Booking Price". If usage of the Location exceeds the agreed time, we may charge the Filmmaker an “Additional Fees”. Host may request the Filmmaker a deposit by Cash or cheque which will be displayed in their Listing and stays as purely an agreement between the Filmmaker and the Host. Filming Locations does not take any responsibility for handling, keeping, or returning deposit and does not appear in this case as a third party, however if the deposit unreasonably withholds by Host Filming Locations may terminate User’s Account.
d. Additional Fees. We may charge Additional Fees when notified that the agreed-upon time for use or capacity of Film Crew was exceeded and may charge any payment method tied to the Filmmaker’s Account. Additional Fees will be defined accordingly on a Listing. Filmmakers are fully responsible for any damages by the Film Crew or themselves. Hosts must notify us of any overstay/ overcapacity of Filmmakers or Film Crew within 72 hours by using Contact Us form. Users agree that FL determines whether the Host is entitled to receive Additional Fees in accordance with FLSA.
e. Taxes & Penalties. The Platform will calculate the taxes and the Total Price will be displayed prior to the Booking Request.
f. Payment. By accepting this FLSA You agree to pay all fees including Taxes and Fines on time. If you don’t/can not pay Us, we can arrange a payment plan or different method of payment. You are responsible for penalties, payment fees, taxes and legal fees on late payments. We may charge you a late fee every month on a fixed percentage. We may use legal means to get payment. You are responsible for attorneys fees. More than 7 days delayed payment 10% fees and 10% per month until it's resolved. We may use any legal information including agency, court filings. “Payment Method” means a financial instrument that you have added to your FL Account, such as a credit card or debit card or via PayPal system. You acknowledge that you are sharing your banking information with us. By accepting this Agreement Hosts will collect payment from the Platform and authorizing Us, Platform to collect payment from the Filmmaker. You also acknowledge and agree that the Platform is not part of the agreement between Filmmakers & Hosts and only acts as the Payment Collection Agent. You also agree that we are authorized to refund payments if they violate the terms. We will only pay the exact amount paid for. Filming Locations is not responsible for any errors or omissions in a Listing or Booking or for any amounts that was not mentioned in the listing.
1.5 DAMAGES
Filmmakers are responsible for damages to Location or personal property occurring as a result of their or any member of theirn of Film Crew.
Filming Locations is not liable in any way for any damages nor be a party to any related dispute or claim. Where Host or Filmmaker hold an unreasonable position in relation to damages occurred to a Location or where Filming Locations receives repeated complaints about users, Filming Locations reserves the right to suspend or terminate the users Account, remove all Listings and cancel any Bookings.
II. PLATFORM AND SERVICE
2.1 USING THE PLATFORM
Everyone accessing the Platform is considered aware and accepts this Filming Locations Service Agreement.
2.2 OWNERSHIP, LICENSE, RESTRICTIONS
a. Filming Locations’ Intellectual Property. Filming Locations own all the rights in the Platform and services, Patents, copyrights, Trademarks, IP. Intellectual Property (IP) includes all registered or potential patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights. Users should not use the Filming Locations logo for anything other than advertising their Location. Users have a limited access to use the Platform and its services and only use IP for the purpose described in FLSA, and are prohibited from copying Filming Locations’ IP. This license does not constitute a transfer of ownership or grit any additional right to use the IP.
b. Third-Party Rights. Users must agree to Service Agreements of third-party features such as google maps and other applicable.
2.3 PROHIBITED USES. Users should only use Platform if they accept and follow the Filmmaker’s & Host’s Responsibilities (FHR) & FLSA.
You agree not to use the Platform if:
a) if you violate the law also export of data and software
b) exploit, harm, inappropriate content, personally info.
c) use of any material that not comply with Content Standards
d) perform spam or advertising
e) attempt impersonate platform (users, platform employees) - identify thief
f) to restrict anyone’s use or enjoyment of the platform that may harm the Platform in our opinion.
Additionally you agree not to:
a) Use our services in a way that can damage the Platform, or interfere with any other parties use of the service.
b) Use AI for gaining material, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Platform.
c) Copy without consent
d) Use of denive that Interferes with services
e) Upload malicious code
f) Brute force Hack (unauthorised access)
g) DDOS attack (denial-of-service – makes site unresponsive)
h) Damage reputation (act in manner that can damage reputation)
i) Ethically hack (scan, probe, test, network connected)
j) Reverse Engineer, decompile, dissemble (Break down website to see how it works)
k) Conduct business with governments (?)
l) Smuggle drugs/guns
m) Do anything that interferes with proper working of platforms service
2.4 CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM.
a. Content. Information about yourself, a Location, host services, comments, text, images, videos define as “Content”. Anything You post should not violate Platforms terms, no copywriting content without permutation. If you post on behalf of someone by accepting this Filming Locations Service Agreement you confirm that you are authorized to do so. By using the Platform You grant Filming Locations all licenses to use, copy, transmit, distribute, modify, publicly display, and sublicense any Content you provide to us. The Platform can use your content for marketing purposes. If you cannot provide an above grant you may not provide Content to us. Users agree to take full responsibility for claims on posted content.
b. Accuracy of Content. Users can only provide content that they own or have rights to use and give the Platform the right to validate the content if required. We may ask to verify your identity at any time, or verify information about the Location. The Platform may ask for additional info of any Content provided by you and reserve rights to terminate your Account, cancel existing booking or hold payment if this need wasn’t met.
c. Prohibited Content
Don’t post content that is:
i. Obscene/Profane;
ii. Abusive/Harassing/disrespectful;
iii. Unlawful/False Advertising/Violating UAE Law;
iv. Misleading/False/ inaccurate regarding space;
v. Marketing/Promotional/ unrelated to the details of the space;
vi. Sensitive/Personal info payment, personal, contact info;
vii. Any content that has malicious programs, viruses (purposely).
2.5 FILMMAKERS’ & HOSTS' RESPONSIBILITIES
By using the Platform you agree to this Policy. The Platform does not monitor users to see if they comply with the FHR and don’t take responsibility for Users who do not follow them. 2.7 FEEDBACK
We value and appreciate your suggestion, ideas, constructive criticism to help us to improve our services “Feedback”. By providing Feedback Users give Filming Locations full rights to use, modify or register Feedback without any interest or compensation.
2.8 PRIVACY
Please visit our Privacy Policy. This page describes how the Users information is used, stored and shared. We can use content as marketing and for improvement purposes.
2.9 SUPPORT
We provide you basic information to help you use the Platform and Services. You can reach us by writing at Contact Us for any general request or use Whatsapp Chat Box on our Platform if you would like to book a location scout without booking the Location. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
III FILMING LOCATION SERVICES
3.1 TERMS APPLICABLE TO HOSTS.
a. Listing. When a Host creates a Listing, he/she should provide all requirements about the Location including price, availability, rules, property developer (if applicable), accessibility, parking info, features, amenities, customization and other details you may consider necessary “Description”. Listing Description should be accurate and include all the restoration you may want to add. Any information that you provided in your Listing must not conflict with FLSA. Hosts are responsible for the information shown and FL provides no guarantee and accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information contained within the Listing.
b. Permission to List and Book. You represent and warrant that i)you are permitted under applicable Laws to List and confirm a Booking of any Location provided, ii) where you are not the owner of the Location, you have all the rights and permissions from the owner of the property to List the Location, iii) that Location comply with applicable Laws, and that you will reasonably facilitate and not obstruct the use of a Location as Booked by a Filmmaker.
c. Bookings. Booking is created when the Host accepts a Booking Request. Bookings are a legally binding agreement between a Host and a Filmmaker. Host obligated to provide the Location as described in their Listing and according to the terms mentioned in Booking. If the Host violates the above he/she will be obligated to pay fines to the Filmmaker.
d. Booking Price. Hosts are solely responsible for setting the Booking Price including applicable Taxes. A Host cannot add any additional charges for anything that is displayed or mentioned in the Listing. A host must not change Booking Price after Booking has been made.
e. Location Scout. Filming Locations providing assistance with Location pre-visit “Location Scout” to help Filmmakers with pre-production process. Filming Locations acts as your agent for the limited purposes of evaluating the Location before the Shoot. This is optional for a Host and increases chances to get more Bookings. Location Scout can be booked along with the Location Booking or separately via Whatsapp Chat Box. Filming Locations’ Team then will contact a Filmmaker and a Host to schedule pre-visit. Host is obligated to be at the Location at an agreed time. If the Host is not available in the agreed Location without a justified cancellation (in accordance with the terms of the Cancellation & Refunds), FL may, at its discretion, terminate the Host’s Account.
f. Conditions of a Location. The condition of a Location must be as advertised. Hosts are responsible for maintaining and providing the Location as mentioned in the Listing. Hosts must solve all issues that the Location might have or mention them in the Listing. If any changes appear such as a new painted area, change of furniture, etc. Host must mention it in the Listing along with the updated images. A Location should be provided to a Filmmaker in usable and clean condition. Mandatory utility services (such as electricity and water) should be provided by Host at no additional charges.
g. Shooting Permission. Filmmakers have all rights to record, photograph the Location and all art objects that are within this Location, unless prohibited by the UAE law. Any exception of the rules, objects, facilities that cannot be filmed or photographed should be mentioned in the Listing Description or removed before the Shoot. Any content made by a Filmmaker and Film Crew within your Location can be used, copy, transmit, distribute, modify, display, subleased including all features and amenities, subjects universally, perpetually, fully-paid.
h. Law and responsibility. Host is responsible for the Location and amenities complying with the UAE Law. Hosts are responsible for the acts and exclusions of people/workers on the Location but not responsible for the Filmmakers or Film Crew acts or exclusions.
i. Shooting Evaluation. Hosts are responsible for determining if a Filmmaker is suitable for the Location when accepting Booking Request by taking in consideration the number of Film Crew that will attend the Shoot. Host is also responsible for preserving highly valuable or sensitive items as well as protecting or moving items that he/she doesn’t want to be filmed or touched, are subject to third party intellectual property rights or otherwise.
3.2 TERMS APPLICABLE TO FILMMAKERS.
a. Booking. When the Host accept the booking request from a Filmmaker this creates a Booking. Bookings are a legally binding agreement between a Filmmaker and a Host and are subject to any additional terms and conditions that the Host specified in the Listing Description. When Filmmakers book the Location they are granted a limited, temporary, revocable license to use a Location described by Hosts in the Listing. Once the Booking is complete a Filmmaker provided with a license to enter, occupy and use the Location at a specific agreed time only as described for a Shoot, subject to FLSA. A Booking does not provide you a lease or access or use of a Location beyond the mentioned description. All Location details and information must remain confidential and not be passed onto third parties for any other purpose than for the confirmed Shoot.
b. Booking confirmation. Filmmakers must have a valid account with a UAE number and email address on the Platform. Before Booking a Location a Filmmaker may carefully review all the rules and description of the Location including capacity which may not match Filmmakers expectation. Filmmaker is responsible for all Fees, charges, and Taxes associated with the Booking. All Bookings are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. A Host retains the right to be present or have a maximum of two attendees present on his/her behalf at the Location for the duration of the Shoot. If the Host will be absent during the Shoot he/she must to declare this upon Booking acceptance request. The Hosts that have mentioned Deposit in their Listing reserve rights to deny access to the Filmmaker if the Filmmaker did not provide mentioned Deposit upon arrival to the Location. c. Film Crew. Filmmakers are responsible for your own acts and omissions as well as the acts and omissions of other individuals to whom Filmmakers provide access to the Location “Film Crew”, excluding the Host and his attendee, if applicable. Filmmakers are required to ensure that Film Crew meet any requirements set by the Host, and are made aware of and agree to any terms, conditions, rules, policies, or restrictions set by Host. A Filmmaker agrees that he/she is responsible for ensuring that any minors on the Shoot at all time are accompanied by an adult responsible for them and such adult or Filmmaker has obtained the proper authorisation forms from the minors’ parents or legal guardians.
d. Location Scout Arrangements. Filming Locations providing assistance with Location pre-visit “Location Scout” to help Filmmakers with pre-production process. Filming Locations acts as your agent for the limited purposes of evaluating the Location before the Shoot. This is optional for a Host and increases chances to get more Bookings. Location Scout can be booked along with the Location Booking or separately via Whatsapp Chat box. Filming Locations’ Team then will contact a Filmmaker and a Host to schedule pre-visit.

A Filmmaker or Film Crew who booked the Location Scout are fully responsible to be present on scheduled time at the agreed Location provided by Filming Location Team. Location Scout are not refundable and Filmmakers can reschedule Location Scout only once. To find out about Cancellation of Location Scout please visit Cancellation & Refund Policy.
e. Filmmaker Liabilities. Upon Booking the Location a Filmmaker and Film Crew shall comply with all the rules described by the Host in the Listing, as well as comply with applicable Law including getting Film Permits, and all necessary insurance. Filmmakers are responsible for liabilities and damage done by them or the Film Crew during the Shoot. Filmmakers agree to return the Location as given and to notify Host about any damages. A Filmmaker agrees to fix any issue and for using the given deposit to cover the damages. Host has rights to cancel the Booking or request an additional Fees (as per the Price & Fees policy under the FLSA) if the Film Crew exceeds agreed number of people or Duration of the Shoot. If the Hosts agrees to Additional Fees it can be paid by writing to Contact Us or via WhatsApp Chat Box on our Platform.
Filming Locations as well as the Host reserve the right to deduct the necessary amount for the overtime, oversized crew, or any additional fees from the security deposit cheque that was provided by Filmmaker. If the additinal payment wasn’t provided by Filmmaker within 24 hours after the shoot the Host has the right to deduct the final amount that includes Filming Locations’ Service Fees from the security deposit cheque.
f. Cancellation, Reschedule, Refund. All cancellations, and any refunds that may be available to a Filmmaker are subject to our Prices & Fees and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
g. Holdovers and Additional Fees. Filmmakers agree to leave the Location no later than mentioned Booking time or at such other time as mutually agreed upon between Filmmaker and a Host. If a Filmmaker overstays without the Host’s permission, the Host may use lawful means to force a Filmmaker to leave the Location. If the Host agrees to extend the use of a Location, a Filmmaker can submit hourly Booking requests upon Host confirmation by writing to Contact Us or via WhatsApp Chat Box on our Platform. If Filming Locations, in its sole discretion, determines that Filmmaker is entitled to additional fees or charges accordance with this FLSA, or the Booking Agreement between the Filmmaker and Host mentioned in the Listing, Filming Locations will be entitled to collect any such sums from Filmmaker required to satisfy the outstanding obligation.
3.3 INSURANCE
a. General rules for Filmmakers and Hosts.
You shall acquire and maintain all insurance as required by Law and suitable for you or your business. You are solely responsible for understanding and evaluating what insurance is appropriate to cover damage, loss, injury, legal liability, and other harm specific to you, your business, your Attendees, the Location (including personal property within), and deciding what type of coverage, limits and providers are appropriate for you.
IV. PLATFORM RESPONSIBILITIES & RIGHTS

-Provision to Filmmakers or Hosts
-Condition or nature of Location
-Filmmakers and Host are independent and not controlled by FL
-Hosts set their own prices and are not controlled by Platform.
The Platform, Services and Platform content are provided on an “AS-IS”, “without faults” and “as available” basis and, to the extent lawful, with no warranties whatsoever. Filming Locations expressly disclaims (to the fullest extent permitted by law) any and all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from computer virus, title, and non-infringement of proprietary rights. We may choose to discontinue operation of the Platform or Service, or features of either, at any time. Filming Locations makes no warranties or representations to you as to the accuracy, authenticity or completeness of the content on the Platform (which is subject to change at any time without notice), including information provided in relation to Host, Filmmakers or Location. Filming Locations disclaims all responsibility for and liability resulting from the negligence, intentional misconduct, or criminal activity of all users, or any injury or property damage that occurs to you or property while accessing or using Locations.
2. Limitation of Liability
Except to the limited extent of the Filming Locations Fees paid by you (excluding any amounts that were paid or payable to hosts), for use of the Platform or Services, in no event will Filming Locations, its officers, shareholders, employees, agents, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, suppliers, or licensors be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage including any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary, damages injury, claim or liability of any kind or arising from your use or inability to use the Platform or Services, or even if we have been advised of the possibility of damages. iIf you are dissatisfied with the platform or services, or any content contained therein, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Platform and Services.
This section applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in the FLSA removes or limits FL’s liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
3. Indemnification
You will indemnify, defend, pay, and hold harmless Filming Locations and its agents, directors, shareholders, members, partners, managers, officers, employees, information providers, distributors, vendors, attorneys, or affiliates (collectively, “FilmingLocations Affiliates”) harmless from and against all third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and related expenses (including reasonable legal expenses) (collectively, “Claims”) arising from or related to (a) provision of your Location (for Hosts), or use of Locations (for Filmmakers); (b) Content you provide through the Platform; (c) your failure to comply with Laws; (d) your providing of information to us that is inaccurate or incomplete, (e) your breach of any of your representations, warranties, or obligations under this FLSA, (f) any contract or other agreement between you and any other user other than through the Platform, and (g) any bodily injury (including death) or damage to tangible or real property to the extent caused by you or your guests. The limitation of liability set forth above applies to the extent permitted by law. This indemnification will survive termination of this FLSA.
4. GCC region
We may allow for use of the Services to List Location outside of the United Arab Emirates. Where this is permitted, you will be required to ensure that your use of the Service, including Listing or Booking, as applicable, comply with all Laws specific to your country, province, or region.
5. Platform Rights for modification (Platform may amend or modify this SA at any time and may communicate it to you by post it on our website, emails, or via Platform. You agree to all the changes, and you not accept new changes in FLSA you must close your account.
6. Force Majeure
Filming Locations is not responsible or liable for nonperformance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of Gods, epidemic, pandemic, acts of government, public disturbance, breakdown or failure of telecommunications, royal demise (each a “Force Majeure”). Cancellations of Bookings, whether with or without cause, or caused by events outside of your reasonable control, are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before using our Services.
7. Interpretation
This FLSA together with any Booking Agreement incorporates Filmmaker’s & Host’s Responsibilities, Prices & Fees, Cancellation & Refunds, and any other policies referenced therein, which constitute the entire agreement between you and Filming Locations governing your use of the Platform or Services. This FLSA supersedes all prior understandings or agreements between you and Filming Locations. As between you and Filming Locations, this FLSA controls over any conflicting terms in a Booking Agreement except where expressly stated otherwise and agreed upon in writing between the parties. Headings and ordering used in this FLSA are provided for your convenience and do not affect the interpretation of related provisions. Any monetary amounts described in this FLSA will be in AED and in reference to United Arab Emirates Dirhams.
8.Reformation Severability
Where any part of this FLSA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or enforceability shall not in any manner affect or render invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of the FLSA, and the application of that provision shall be enforced to the extent permitted by law.
9. Law and Jurisdiction
This FLSA and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai and the Parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
10. Waiver
Filming Locations failure to enforce any right or provisions of this FLSA will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing. The exercise by either party of any of its remedies under this FLSA will be without prejudice to its other remedies under the FLSA or otherwise permitted by Law, except as set forth in these terms.
11. Third-Party Rights
This FLSA does not and is not intended to confer any rights or remedies on persons other than the parties.
12. Notice
We may send you notifications by email or post and you agree to this. If we send an email, we consider it to be accepted as if it was physically delivered to you and will have the same legal effect as if it were physically delivered to you
