Property Rules
Catering setup is permitted outdoors onlyCover all sofas, chairs, and rugs with protective material to maintain cleanlinessDo not block driveways, building entrances, or shared pathwaysNo shoes indoors (unless required for talent during takes)
No smoking or vaping indoorsRespect neighbors and keep noise to a minimumTrash must be collected and removed at the end of the shootUse tennis balls or protective caps on light stand legs to prevent floor damage• The booking duration will be counted from the time the first crew member arrives until the last person leaves the premises.
• A security deposit of AED 10,000 is required to be handed over to the host at the location, either in cash or by cheque.
• The location must be cleaned and restored to its original condition after the shoot.
• Modifications to the location can only be permitted if the production provides a written undertaking confirming that, in the event of any damage (even hairline), the entire unit will be replaced by the university’s appointed contractor, with no price negotiations.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on campus. A designated smoking area will be shown; however, if anyone is found smoking elsewhere, the management reserves the right to immediately stop the shoot with no refund.

Additionally, we have a modern two storey library which is well illuminated and there are several lecture halls offering different layouts. There is also a professional waiting area and an office space. This location offers filmmakers a variety of scene options.
